With help from The Great Generation, KCCC now has an electronic comprehensive management information system (Salesforce). This has helped to rectify KCCC data management and analysis challenges. In partnership with Westbrook International, this system was designed and staff was trained in the usage and management of the Sales Force Management Information System. The system has now led to;
- Proactive management of data
- Facilitate availability of data to all intended and to a wider range of users
- Promote centralized data management and easy back up and update of data
- Easy analysis, assessment, collection and determination of data
- Eliminate costly and wasteful distribution of information of printed materials
