KCCC is managed by the board of governors;the board is the supreme decision and policy making body of the organisation and is made up of nine members. It sits two times a year to review program progress and ensure that the program goal is achieved. Reporting to the board is the KCCC Executive Director, and is responsible for the overall management of the program. Some of his main duties are to ensure timely and sound implementation of program activities, ensure efficient use of program resources including finances, arrange for periodic reports and audits as required and ensure adherence to the M & E plan.
The management committee is responsible for resource mobilization and the day-to- day planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of activities of the organisation. The management committee is composed of the, Executive Director, the Programs Manager, Administrative Secretary, Human Resource Manager, Head of Nursing Team and Accounts/Finance Coordinator.
To support the management committees,a dedicated team comprising of heads of departments and sections implement different activities in the organisation. These include:
