SACCO's Goal: To improve and promote sustainable economic livelihoods for the people in the Kamwokya community by providing micro financing in a structured manner.

Our objectives:
- To promote a savings culture among community members
- To encourage members to access loans at affordable and user friendly rates
- To enhance members' capabilities to establish income-generating activities
- To create community members' financial independence
- To increase the community's ability to deal with the socio-pyschological effects of HIV / AIDS
How Does One Become A Member? - Be 18 years of age
- Be sane of mind
- Live or work in Kampala district
- Pay Shs. 10,000 entrance fee
- Buy a Shs. 10,000 share
- Purchase a Shs. 10,000 passbook

How Does One Get A Loan?
Your application will be measured by: - Being a regular saver for at least 2 months
- Your total deposits
- Having at least 4 reliable guarantors
- Your belonging to a functional group
Once You Qualify
The Minimum loan is Shs. 50,000, the maximum Shs. 4,000,000
The loan ratio is no more than 1:4
Handling charges are 1% of the loan's face value
Interest is 2.5% per month
The loan payment period is from 1 to 6 months
Attendance at a 2-day training program is mandatory before accessing the loan
